SONIK
SONIK is an ideal, practical and at present already common sound insulation made of polyethylene foam having a fine microporous structure.
It substantially increases the comfort of both residential and non-residential buildings by eliminating noise generated by running water in waste and rain water downpipes. The insulation 5 mm thick reduces the noise down to the level below 35 dB.
SONIK prevents dew formation on the pipes and protects the pipes against corrosion. It also prevents dampening of walls, floor-coverings, etc.
